About Tony's
Who We Are
We are Tony’s Coffees & Teas, Inc., a wholesale
coffee roasting company servicing espresso bars, coffeehouses,
cafes, restaurants, grocery stores (both bulk and valve bag
programs), food service distributors and office coffee accounts.
We service accounts, directly, in Washington State as well
as in the Bay Area and Santa Cruz in California.
Our Story
Tony’s is one of the pioneers of the specialty coffee
roasting industry and has been roasting and blending fine
coffees in the Pacific Northwest since 1971. Over the past
37 years, we haven’t out-spent or “outglitzed”
our competition. On the contrary, we’ve focused on roasting
coffee. We’ve pulled more than 200,000 roasts, the equivalent
of more than 10,000,000 pounds of coffee (enough to blanket
Mt. Rainier like a hot fudge sundae).
And, we’ve never wavered from our craftsman-style
batch roasting methods, that, while admittedly labor-intensive,
are simply impossible for massive assembly-line operations.
Our Mission
We are fortunate to have roots in the Pacific Northwest and
Northern California. We are in the perfect places to be in
harmony with our guiding principles: We love what we do, and
it shows in the products we produce. We care about people,
and it shows in the way we treat each other, our customers,
and all those we encounter.
